Spring Break

Spring Break this year was at a random time, and we were the only ones outside our school friends on break. This made things a bit tricky to plan things. I didn't get many pictures on most of the days.
Monday was a lowkey day. The kids spent the night before at my mom's house and then came back to our house in the afternoon. We had a movie night that night.
Tuesday we went up to the Dells wiht our friends for fun at Buffalo Phils and Knuckleheads. That was a busy and fun day. The kids had so much fun playing games and running around. Me i was happy for some company.
Wednesday we had a lazy morning before we headed up to Madison for the rest of the day. We went to a lego store and then lunch at Panera. (so happy they were right next to each other) Then we went to hang out with Aunt Diane. I got a solo target run in, and then came back to do some remembering of the fun holidays with the extended family. Oh the good ol' days
Thursday the kids had a playdate with an awesome friend/coworker and her grandkids. She watched the kids in the morning for me while I went to find a new mattress. WE have needed one for the last two years, but getting rid of another Josh thing has been hard. I did manage to find one and it could be delivered by the weekend, so i was so happy. Then bella went to a friends house while Max stayed behind playing some more. I was able to get some work done at school before coming home.
Friday we left to head to Lancaster. Bella was lucky enough to visit her previous school and classmates. She got to stay for half of the day. Max was able to go farm and i got a great visit in with friends. We ended up at a fish fry with a bunch of family so that was a fun way to end the night. It was nice to see everyone and the kids had fun too.

life in a nut shell

 So life is busy and crazy and fun and silly and rough and good and bad.. this is just our normal it seems. A few days we get into a nice routine and things seem great, then something happens , good or bad and we get out of whack. There have been some postives in the last month, like we started going back to Gilda's. This means the kids get some help and i get some too. I"ve reconnected with a widow friend and that's really  helped.  I've been trying to eat better and take care of myself, but that seems to come and go too.

 The kids and I have been doing better about getting up and going in the morning. we actually get to school with me having time to get soemthing done before the bell rings. The kids love to draw on the white boards

 I managed to make it out with come girlfriends to a game night fundraiser for our school. We had a lot of fun..a lot of pictures could have been taken but we were having to much fun to do so.
