Halloween fun at school..and the balloon from school.

Oct 31st Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween to everyone!  We started our day with getting Bella ready for school, so had a class Halloween party and got to dress up there.

After her party and school was over back home we came. First we had to eat a quick lunch before heading to Josh’s chemo appt. Things went great there and I even got Max to take a nap. Then it was back home again.

in between chores we started to carve our pumpkins. Bella seems to be more and more into it each year. Max was curious but didn’t attempt to get into any goop

 

Then we played outside as it seems no weather can keep us inside for very long.

Once milking was done and supper was finished we got to actually carve the pumpkins. Bella picked out shapes this year for her pumpkin and I cut them out. She also had mr. potato head pieces for a pumpkin and used those too.

Then I wanted to get creative but too cold to do pictures outside so we set up a place inside.

Oct 30th- a surprise visit from nana

We started out the day with Bella heading off to school and Josh and I going to see a dietitian. There we got some good ideas to help Josh with his weight gain. Then we headed back home to meet my mom. She came and helped me get some cleaning down and caught up around the house. I needed it badly. Also sometimes you just need your mom. Together we went to pick up Bella from school who was very excited to see Nana. We got lunch from Piggy Wiggly and headed home. Somehow my mom managed to help me clean and still have time to play with the kids. Before she left we headed outside to show her Lily nad Duck our new calves

my house was so messy.. but Bella used all the ribbons she got from the baby shower to decorate her pony
