So I’m trying to catch up. I did post out our fair days you can check them out here but here’s a picture post of what we were up to before then. 'I”ve been working hard on keeping the house clean and cleaning which has taken away from my computer time. I also have our mini camping trip to blog about too. I can’t believe it’s almost September already.
Bella starts preschool in two weeks. She’s very excited. Mommy is pretty excited and sad too. Bella is growing up!
The farm is keeping Josh busy. We are sort of in between harvest, but we know we have a long list of stuff that has to be done in the next couple of months. Planting and harvest are two of the busiest seasons.
I’m doing well. Trying to do the most i can before i get to large. I keep more of an update on Baby Bee’s website so check that out if you want to know more the baby.

The dogs find me first. Look at big Pepper is getting
Once Bella spots me, she yells “mom, mom” and comes running.
She is convinced you ride a scooter this way..without pushing off.
I see this face all the time through out the day
Bella helped Dad fix the hose so she could play in her pool with her new toys
We finished up swimming lessons. It got really chilly at the end.

She rubs her head on the cat just like the cats do to her.

I worked on cleaning out her closet and she found “new” toys to play with.
Bella is all about horses and ponies these days
We still have Peas and Carrot. They are getting bigger and now hang out both in the house and outside with the other animals

My panda calf. ALl the little black spots are flies. ;(
She let me put in pigtails, but still needed her Tiara
Can you figure out some of Bella’s favorite things?
Playing with her new paper dolls.. she loves these!
We finally got her swing up. Not in it’s final home, but now she can play on it.
We had rain showers that almost stopped the Tractor pulls, but Bella had fun playing in the rain with her “ brella” and barefeet
Aunt Kara came over to babysit. Bella decided to put together a puzzle with her.
My sister and I haven’t been able to find time to hang out jsut the two of us without kids around in while. I did go with her on some of her business trips last year, but even those we didn’t get to hang out lot together. With the upcoming baby, we decided to try to squeeze something in. We made it a day trip which i think worked out best. Thankfully my mom was willing to watch Bella for me and my sister’s family was off with her husband.
Tracey and I decided we wanted to hit up the light houses in Kenosha. Only we ran into one problem, they were having some renaissance fair and an ice cream social there, so there was no parking. :( We took a couple pictures and then headed to Lunch. On the way to lunch we passed the Jelly Belly factory. We decided to see if we could take the tour. We got there and it was a packed house. They let in people for a tour and we were next in line, so we waited the 13 mins for the next tour. The tour was fun, but a lot of videos. I”m just glad i was sitting and not standing. We did get free jelly bellies..so that was fun. Then we spend some time in the gift shop. I came home with a bunch of different jelly beans and fruit snacks.
Next up was the Chancery for Lunch. IT was really yummy food, and not busy. I like to find new restaurant that have simple food that I can eat. Right next to the Chancery was outlet mall.. Ok I haven’t been there in ages, but Boy it’s HUGE now. I think we ended up doing about 80% of it. The other 20% we just drove by. My sister was on the hunt for some matching clothes for pictures..i was on the hunt for a good deal. I got some including a new sweatshirt for me(can’t wait to use it..uber soft) and swim suit for the baby next summer.
Once we were shopped out we started the trek back to my sister’s. Of course we couldn’t go straight home..so we stopped at Target. I miss not having a target closer! It was a quick trip and we picked up supper.. I got bbq wings and they were soo yummy! Once at my sister’s we made supper, took the dogs for a walk and then settled in to watch a movie. It was a nice way to end the day!
Sunday was a slow start for me and Tracey, but quicklly sped up. I took her to meet up with her family before heading to get Bella. Mom, Bella and I went to lunch and then to the grocery store. Then it was time to load up my really full car before heading home. I got home and I was dead! It was really nice to be home again!
Today after church, josh and I took Bella to the fair. On Thursday we didn't really walk around, so we went today.
Bella really wanted to see the animals. We saw chickens, ducks, rabbits, cows, pigs, sheep, and goats. She loved them all.
We also checked out some of the exhibits, but bella was not as impressed. Josh ran into someone he wanted to talk to, so Bella and I checked out the cornbox. Sand box filled with shelled corn. Bella wasn't a fan of it getting stuck between her toes.
We got Bella out of the corn with the promise of a chocolate ice cream popsicle. Aka dilly bar. We got a snack for Josh and I before heading to the grandstand for the demo derby. Bella had her headphones, so she was able to enjoy it. I would have enjoyed it more if my nose didn't work so good. Those cars sure can run inspite being really banged up.
Soon I knew it was time to head home. Bella listed all the animals as her favorite part.
