2nd first communion and birthday

Sunday Bella had her 2nd first communion. This one was with other 2nd graders from her class and our church. 

Bella got to do one of the readings. She loved that.

We then celebrated my birthday. I got a small ice cream cake. Not a DQ one.. i'm still waiting on that. 

I left my phone in the car while we went into Wedl's for lunch. I had a few of these selfies on my phone when i got back

It turned out to be a nice day, so we cleaned up around the yard and played outside. 

Family fun and Ice Skating

So Saturday Tori and I went to a yoga class in town before back to her house  to let the kids exchange gifts. We had a lunch of soup, and the kids opened their gifts then the guys and big boys when fishing. Bella and max played downstairs while Tori and tried to get some photos of Reed before just taking some time to visit and catch up.

We came home for Max’s nap and I think Josh got home around 4 or so. We went to church where Max was a treat, guess the nap wasn’t long enough.

Sunday Bella and I got up and going early to head to Pewaukee to visit with my sister and family. First got to go through some toys and books that they have outgrown and came home with us. Then Bella and I went with Tracey and Elly to see Sara perform at a Cheer competition. Bella didn’t seem to enjoy the other teams much, but very excited to see Sara’s team. She was also happy that Sara’s team won. 

Then it was home to watch part of the Packer game before we decided to load up and go ice skating. We got a bunch of skates so since the game was going south we headed out. The ice was pretty dead, so it worked out well. The kids had fun and bella did great on skates.

Dec 14: a nothing as planned day

Saturday we had a busy day planned, until it all seemed to change in a blink of an eye. First josh had issues with milk house so he wasn't able to start milking on time. That meant not leaving home until 9, which meant we missed elly's dance. Thankfully my sister got it on video. The drive to my moms went well. We all had lunch at my moms before, us girls all went last mintue shopping at shopkeeper and Max got to hang out with daddy. I finally decided to get a new phone, so I took mom and Bella with me. She played on an iPad at the store where I found out my phone was a penny and activation was waved!.

Next up was returning to moms to pick up Max before heading to my aunts to do a mini Christmas with her. Josh went off to do some Christmas shopping of his own. The kids and I were spoiled at my aunts and had a fun time. We enjoy spending time at her place. 

Once we were done there it was back to moms to meet up with josh for church and a date night! Mom watched the kids so off we went. We saw Josh's uncle and aunt in church. I enjoy sitting by people I know in church.  After church was off to beaver dam for supper at benvento's. It was really yummy and nice to go out just us two. 

Our after dinner plans got scrapped so we decided to hit up Applebee's for dessert before calling it a night.
