March and April Baby Bee updates

I had to edit it a bit since we are getting ready to announce to family and i don't want them to know a much detial. lol

March 27th- I had been holding off on taking a pregnancy test until around my birthday, but Josh pointed out that I already was pregnant. How he knew i have no clue. He did mention that i had a test in the bathroom. I thought I had used it. So he and bella went out for chores and I decided, "what the heck , I'll take it" I know you should take it in the morning, but what did i have to lose? So I took and it and lo and behold the plus sign showed up.

I was really excited, so I had to make up an excuse to go out the barn to tell Josh. So I used that Bella could use a snack. He was busy getting the cows in, so I had to wait. Once he was done, I gave the test to Bella and told him to go to Daddy and "i'm a big sister" Naturally he wasn't too surprised, but still was happy. then i realized i took a blue dye test, so i had to run to the store for a pink dye one instead.. Google if you wanna know the difference. That test too came out with two lines.. even after i barely was able to get it wet enough. LOL



March 28th- I call the Doctor to see when i can come in to have them confirm the pregnancy. The Nurse said she would call in orders to the lab and I could come in anytime. So we went to town late morning. Got there and had to wait, but lucky for me it just made it easier to pee in the cup. I do that and then i'm told to wait out in the waiting room and the nurse would come get me to tell me the results. About two mins later she comes back and tells me " Congratulations, you are pregnant" She said my due date is Dec 5th based on their calenders, so that makes me 4.2 weeks along right now. If the .2 is days or percent of the week i'm not sure. She also said that I can come in for my first official doctor's appointment 2nd or 3rd week in May. That seems so FAR away! But My appointment is May 17th at 1:30pm. I big announce to all family and friends will go out after that.

As of right now i've only told one person since I had to tell someone. I also ordered Bella a Big Sister shirt to tell people with :)

March 30th: Last night Josh and I went out to celebrate my birthday with date night. So apparently this morning sickness thing is like a hangover.. greasy fried food is the way to cure it. Over night I've decided this baby will be Baby Bit. I've been trying to think of a nickname for the baby since Bella's was given to her before she was even thought of.

March 31st- Happy Birthday to Mommy! Things have been going a bit smoother. I think my vitiams are causing more sickness then Baby Bit. But I need to remember to take them! yesterday Bella and I went to Madison I brought a little onesis that says "i love my aunt" for Baby Bit and a newborn cloth diaper. I'm so excited to cloth diaper this baby as much as i can. Also my nightmares that i was having have gone away! Praying they do not come back!

April 1st_ Happy April fools day. So Today I "prank" three people.. two of them believed me and one does not.. She is going to be mad when I really tell her. So that makes two more people that know. Mother nature played a big prank on us and gave us snow! I'm not really hungry these days, but I know i need to eat, so i tend to eat when i feel starving. Bad dreams came back last night and I took my vitiams at bedtime..so I think they are the cause.

April 2nd- Happy 5 week... 35 more to go! I just went back to see when I told people about Bella.. turns out I told my family at 5 weeks. I thought i was closer to 6 weeks. I also told all my friends around 8-9 weeks..seems i'm turning that around this time around.

April 3rd-let the researching begin!! Also the planning and re-organizing!

April 4th_ should edit to say my doc gave me a due date of Dec 5th but when i caluctate online it say Dec 3rd..so i'm sticking with the 3rd :)

April 9th- Happy 6 weeks! 34 more to go! We are off to Easter with the Jahnke's but they won't be find out just yet. I'm pretty tired and moody, so praying i can get through the day without too much trouble! I'm gald to be at 6 weeks and praying the rest of the weeks fly by too!

April 14th- happy anniversary Mommy and Daddy. I was pregnant for my first anniversary and now my 3rd. I'm 6 weeks 5 days.. I've found some cheap snowsuits for Baby Bee so at least we have some cold weather wear :)

April 17th- Happy 7 weeks and one day. On Thursday I told Nana and Aunt Tracey about the baby. Well really Bella did. She wore her "big sister 2 bee" shirt. They are all excited! Only 4 more weeks until our first Doc's appointment. Also I got some medicine to help with the crummy feeling and nauseous feeling too.

April 22nd- Happy Earth Day Baby Bee! B/c today is earth day, i was able to get a good start on diapers for you! I'm so excited to cloth diaper this time around. They are so many more choices then i realized with Bella.

April 23rd- Happy 8 weeks today! Time is moving quickly it seems some days, but others not so much. I moved my Doc's appointment to May 10th, so that I may hear Baby bee's little heartbeat a bit earlier. It's going to be a long 2 weeks. I've discovered that cereal and milk are my best friend. I eat a bowl before i go to bed and a bowl when i get up in the morning and it seems to help with the morning sickness. I'm so bummed that I can't eat chocolate.. I think this baby is out to get me.

April 29th-Almost 9 weeks. Went rummaging today and got a bunch of great deals for Baby Bee.. I've been picking up some gender neutral items since we won't find out if Baby bee is a girl or boy until July.

Family, Friends and Egg hunt

A weekend or two ago, Bella and I embarked on a trip over to visit family and friends.  It started out on Josh and Mine 3rd Anniversary. To celebrate we had a yummy meal of stuffed pork chops and loaded mashed tators.

Happy 4 years!!

So after lunch, Bella and I left since Josh has field work to do. We first stopped in Watertown to pick up my mom and then headed over to Pewaukee to do supper with my sister. I really wanted 5 o’clock club and since Friday was no meat, I picked Thursday instead. Bella had a great time visiting with her cousins. It was nice to see them since it had been almost a month. :(

Friday we went over to visit Hannah and Ella. It’s always a surprise to see how the girls will act. Sometimes Bella really shy and doesn’t want anyone to bother her, sometimes Ella doesn’t want Bella to love all over her. They are also getting better at playing together and sharing. It's also so relaxing to have a small playdate, Hannah and I get to catch up and the girls have fun!

Back at my mom’s Bella got to blow bubbles outside even though it was miserable outside.

Then Aunt Dar brought Bella an Umbrella and cool raincoat. She’s one stylish little girl!

    

Saturday we went to the children's fair. It was another gloomy day but nice to have somewhere to run off some energy. It was pretty packed and Bella wasn’t to happy with all the people. We did meet up with Hannah and Ella, but only got a short time with them. Also it was clear the girls have different interest. 

I only got one picture on my camera but a few on the cell that I haven’t pulled off yet.  She was planting a flower.

After the fair we headed back to my mom’s house. There we meet up with my sister and family. All of us had lunch before braving the cold and rain to go to the Easter egg hunt.

After the egg hunt it was time for us to head back home to the farm. It was so nice to visit but great to be home to Josh and the puppies!

Fishing

A while back, we took Bella fishing for the first time. Well real fishing that she could do. We took her last summer and she wasn’t really into it. This year she’s all about it. I caught two fish, josh i think might have caught one and Bella caught 8! It was a grand time!
