Family fun and Ice Skating

So Saturday Tori and I went to a yoga class in town before back to her house  to let the kids exchange gifts. We had a lunch of soup, and the kids opened their gifts then the guys and big boys when fishing. Bella and max played downstairs while Tori and tried to get some photos of Reed before just taking some time to visit and catch up.

We came home for Max’s nap and I think Josh got home around 4 or so. We went to church where Max was a treat, guess the nap wasn’t long enough.

Sunday Bella and I got up and going early to head to Pewaukee to visit with my sister and family. First got to go through some toys and books that they have outgrown and came home with us. Then Bella and I went with Tracey and Elly to see Sara perform at a Cheer competition. Bella didn’t seem to enjoy the other teams much, but very excited to see Sara’s team. She was also happy that Sara’s team won. 

Then it was home to watch part of the Packer game before we decided to load up and go ice skating. We got a bunch of skates so since the game was going south we headed out. The ice was pretty dead, so it worked out well. The kids had fun and bella did great on skates.

A Week to decorate the tree

So we got our tree on Sunday, but due to missing decorations, it took almost all week to get it decorated. We are still missing a bunch of decorations and poor Max didn’t get his tree this year, but we have up on family tree and one kids tree.

So the last few days have been baby heaven… Riya and Gideon turned a month old, Baby Reed came home and I got to babysit the twins. I also got to spend some time with my own babies. The weather has been nice enough to spend a lot of time outside post school/work.

half day at school. Bella got to spend about an hour and half with me. We had some craft projects for the kids. It’s fun to see her create things. The kids then went with Nana for the afternoon.

After Max and I went to church we had an hour and half to kill before speech, so we went to visit Baby Reed and Tori. Oh he’s so dreamy and sleepy. Such a sweet little guy.

Max got a new carseat. Had to get his fitted in it. He’s so the same size has his sister at age 2. which is about the time Bella got her carseat like this.

So I wanted to retake the twins one month photos bc I wasn’t happen with them, but I’m not sold on these either. but at least they are cute. I also baby sat and boy that’s a lot of work. Kudoes to all those mom’s of multiples

This chair has been the best gift we ever got. Bella still sits in it too.

Baby Reed

So Saturday, I ran over to Tori’s to get some bump pictures in since she was 38 weeks already. 

Then Sunday night as we got home from the Apple orchard, I got a call to say that she was on her way to the hospital. There was one problem though I had her memory card and her camera was left at home, so she asked me to bring them up to her. She was doing well when I saw her and then waited by my phone to find out of little boy’s arrival.  Finally around 2am he arrived, so one it was daylight, I called my mom to see if she would watch Max so I could go up and met the little guy. Hannah and I were suppose to get together and ended up going with me to meet the baby. The only problem was I forgot my camera. Also he was in the warmer, so I didn’t get to hold him. He was such a calm little guy.

Then on Tuesday after work, Bella and I went up to visit again. Bella got to hold Reed. It was a nice little visit before more vistors came.

I’m so excited that little Reed is here and I can’t wait to watch him grow up.. of course I have to get a bunch of baby cuddles in there first
