Since this seems to be the fall of first for us, we decided to take Bella to Stone field in Cassville for Trick or Treating. IT’s called light fright and they decorate all the old time buildings for Halloween. We meet up with Della, Tim, Ben, Olivia and then later Kara, Tony and their two exchange students. I was so proud of Bella, she did great both with all the people and some of the scarier things. She loved that she got candy and was even waving at the people in costumes. We saw some friends there too. Before we left i got some deep fried cheese curds.. pretty sure its on the no-no list of food for me, but oh well…Baby wanted them. ;)
Here’s a few pictures that I took:
Bella with Aunt Olivia. They had a lot of fun trick or treating together
Me and Josh…Proof i was there!
Just part of the area…This was taken close to when we got there, it got must busier as we were leaveing
She was a Halloween Princess
Pictures with Daddy, something I don’t get a lot of these days
In search of more Candy!
Happy Halloween!!!
Here's a bunch of pics from my photo in the last couple of weeks. We visited watertown, went to get wood for the baby's closet, Hung out at home and taking truck rides with daddy
So we have fallen into a little routine. Bella goes to school Tuesday and Thursday. we have story time on Wednesdays. I have doctor’s appointments on tuesdays while Bella’s in school. Josh is spending pretty much all his time in the the field or barn. THis means when we aren’t at one of the above locations, it’s just hang out in the house or outside. I haven’t really pulled out the camera much. We will get use to this “normal” and then Baby Bee will be here and things will be all crazy again! Oh I welcome the change!
I think we have an artist on our hands. She loves to draw!
A daily favorite, picking out a tote from her shelves and dumping it out all over the living room.
She always looks so cute to go to school
She was doing a handstand
She was all dressed up in her dress up clothes, but wouldn’t give me a good picture
Her horse is a ghost

She has been in love with this outfit since we got it from my sister. Finally it’s been cold enough to wear, so she wore it to church and then didn’t want to take it off!
Ok I guess I really need to stop calling it CC since they changed their name to Carroll University, but it will always be Carroll college to me. Anyhow, On Saturday Bella and I attended part of the homecoming festivities. We had brunch in the MDR, well I did anyhow. We meet up with some friends and Bella just lost it. I”m not sure of the reason or what not, but it kind of put a wee bit of a damper on the day. We did attend the parade though and Bella got some candy. We also checked out the bookstore, the library and my brick.
Yummy food.. at least Carroll has good food
Waiting for the parade to start
There were quite a few floats
and a few gave out candy
Bella finding my brick.
After visiting Carroll, Bella and I headed over to my sister’s house. There Bella got to hang out with Sara and Elly while My mom, Tracey and I went to Sam’s club. I love that place! Once we got back the rest of the family was back too. So we had a yummy supper and then the kids went to play in the leaves. My poor kid was kind of clueless as what you were suppose to do. She did “jump” in them, but didn’t like them touching her legs since she had shorts on. But that didn’t stop her from not wanting to leave. It was a good visit and a good day
Bella got Drew to play twister with her.
Watching Drew climb the tree. I use to climb that tree
Leaf Fun!

Last week, Bella managed to find a toad… a really fat toad! She loved on that toad for two hours before it was bedtime and we forced her to set him free. I”m honestly amazed she didn’t kill the poor toad. She would let him hop around for a bit and then catch him again. We ended up setting him free in our raspberries to eat the bugs, but she hasn’t seen him since. :(
This is when she brought it up to the house to show me.. I almost let the toad in the house.
She took it to her climber to try to set it free.
Setting him free and catching him again.
So as i thought the weather was suppose to turn colder, I thought it would be a great time to pick pumpkins, only the weather hasn’t turned colder, but warmer bring with it icky bugs. But we braved the bugs anyhow. We also had Daddy’s help so that worked too!
In case you can’t guess we went to pick Pumpkins in our own pumpkin patch of a garden. We planted our pumpkin plants in a few places, so we had them all over the garden. WE had mini ones, that we picked a couple weeks ago, only to have the dog eat most of them. Who knew Pepper liked pumpkin? Our bigger pumpkins were a bit harder so we needed Daddy’s help.
We then loaded them all up in the skid steer to take them down to the house.
(Bella took the pictures..hence why it’s blurry)
Then it was time to set them up. Bella had fun playing with them with me. We made a pumpkin family and did halloween pictures. But those will be in a later post ;)
