A quick week

It's already thurssday and it's the first time i'm getting to blog. The week has flown by, which is good. NExt week is what i'm really looking forward too.

From our stroller ride last week.

This past weekend was great. We finsihed up swimming on saturday morning and Bella did great. She loved the water, no hesitantion this time. I can't wait to sign her up for July's swimming classes. Then we came home in downpouring rain, so i decided to hang out at home before heading to watertown. BElla took a great nap and then ate really well before we left.

I had to load her up with toys for hte car ride to mymom's since she wasn't sleepy. Bella did great on the car ride and even did sleep a bit more. We got to my mom's and Bella decided then she was done with the car. the rest of the day, she didn't want anything to do with the car. Which was a slight problem. We needed to go to shopko and walmart then we meet up with Nikki for supper.

We ate at Mullen's and it was yummy. Sevice was a bit odd like we can during switching of shifts so we didn't know who was suppose to be helping us. But the food was good and bella seemed to enjoy the high chair. After supper Bella got to go hang out with Nana and Mommy went to visit Nikki's house.

Sunday we were off to the Fox's and to see the Museum. Bella wasn't so sold on the museum. She didn't like how dark it was, but did enjoy the butterflies. The only problem with the butterfiles is it's very humid in there, so your camera doesn't work very well. So all my pictures are "cloudy". :( After the museum we did lunch at the Fox's before the long trip home. Naturally there was more rain heading our way, so I worked quickly to get packed up at mom's and to get home before hte big storms. We had torando's around our area but lucky for us the missed us, we got some rain, and wind but that was all. IT was nice to be back with Daddy. He missed us and we missed him.

Monday i was off to work and aunt diane came to visit. We will be sad that it was the last time. She did a great job of watching Bella. And took some really cute pictures one is currently the pic of ht emoment. Once Mommy did get home adn after supper, the three of us took a walk outside. It was a bit chilly but it was a good time.

Tuesday was a great day. Bella was in a great mood all day, she napped really well and we spend most of it outside. We had her doctor's appointment, which you can read about in her 9 month update, and then came home to help daddy clean the milk house for the possible Federal inspection. I took Bella outside to play on the grass and she loved it. Squeekers, Snoopy and Cole also hung out with us and were really great with Bella. That Night i had supper ready to eat as josh got in, along iwth an Apple pie since Bella sleept for almost 2 hours after our adventures outside. Then we all went back outside while JOsh cleaned out hte cow yard, Bella and I went for some walks to see where Daddy was going, the calves and the dogs. It was a bit of a late night Tuesday night, but everyone slept really well!

Wednesday, we started off by all going to Plattville to get food. We didnt' make our stock up trip yet this month, so we had no food. Then Bella nad Daddy had to go home and Mommy was stuck at work. Daddy didn't have as great of day with Miss Bug. She was fussy, but we are working on tooth number two. I predict it comes up this weekend. I take her the 7th for anotehr set of pics, so it should be interestingto see how far up her teeth are by then.

Once i got home, we ate quick and then we went to get new carpet for the basement. It's my projet for may to clean up, organize and get hte basement all set for us to enjoy whent he summer heat hits.

Today has already started out ot be a lazy day. I"m not sure what i'm going to do, but Bella is about to go down for a nappers and I think i'm gonna get my butt in action. I hope to have better and more updates soon....

9 months

WOW Bella Bug is 9 months old, well will be in two days. It seems like it just sped by.
This last month a lot of changes have happened.
Bella started to crawl and now she can speed along to anything she wants. Nothing is safe anymore. Baby proofing has begun. Also we are now a gated community. The stairs are now gated off, as Bella can get to them in a couple of seconds. She also loves to try to crawel off our bed, Jump into her crib from her changing table and wiggle out of her high chair. THis girls is always in motion, even in her sleep.
WE finally got our first tooth and looks like number two will be here in about two-three days, so she could have two teeth by 9 months :) IT's been a long battle with the first tooth, many tears, sleepless days and nights, spits up, drooling and not eating, but we are making it. ALready this new tooth seems to be less work than the first.
After crawling came pulling up to the standing position. She manged to do it all on her own out of the blue. She loves to stand and pound on whatever is holding her up. we haven't started to cruise along anything yet. THe doctor sugguested working with BElla on this, so it's our next step.
We went to the doctor's today and we had a good appointment aka no shots. Bella was a very good baby, she only fussed a bit. She is now 29.5 inches long (95%) and 19.6 lbs (55%) The doctor is a bit worried about the dropping on the weight chart, but since Bella is much more active now we just need to add more food to her diet.
Speaking of food, She will eat just about anything you put in front of her. SHe is starting to like fruit more, but still is not a fan of bananas. She also has been eatting stage 3 food which has chunks in it and loves that. Also she normally gets whatever we are having for breakfest and supper. Soon she will be getting everything once we get more teeth.
I did take Bella for her 9 month pictures last week, so as soon as those are online i'll add them.
In april we celebrated many easters with many family members. Bella did pretty good, but definataly not use to so much family at once. We have also been enjoying the wonderful spring and summer like weather. It so nice to be outside again. Bella loves to play in the grass. Also she loves to swing. She got one for easter and lvoes it. we have also been to the park and she loves it there too.

Summer in April?

Today it was 85 degrees out. THis morning we set out to get the tires changed on my car. Then we headed for a few errands before heading to visit the Ihm's. It was so wondeful outside, but a bit windy. Bella didn't seem to mind at all. I think she actually likes the wind in her face..silly kid.
Then she got to hang out with her Aunt Diane and Aunt Kayla while mom and daddy worked. They did try to enjoy the outdoors, but it was really windy here and the puppies wanted all the attention.
after i got home and we ate supper, the three of us went for a walk. Bella loved it! She thought she was so big holding on to the tray like in the shopping carts..lol
then it was back inside for bath time and bed.
we are off to our last swimming class tomorrow then to watertown to see friends, meet some new ones, visit family and the museum.

Standing up

Well as of yesterday Bella can pull her self up on her activity table. She hasn't tried on anything else yet, but I know it's coming too. Of course her table isn't the sterdiest so, yeah we really have to watch her. Also she can stand but she's pretty wiggly. She's been "walking" with Josh..and loves it! She can also cross the living room now in about 30 seconds. She's growning so quickly!
Today we went for Pictures... 9 month pics already. I wanted them printed by mother's day weekend, so now was the time to get them. I had a feeling they wouldn't turn out that great and they sort of didn't. at least not to me. She gave a few smiles, but nothing as great as the months before or what i get at home. Also we were 5 minutes late so they girl took the next person who was set for 20 mins after my appointment. But whatever, i'm gald i waited and wasn't rushed. As soon as theyg et online, i'll post them. We are going back on the 7th to get another set of pictures but this time harley themed. If i didn't want to get her pictures back before i see a bunch of people i would have waited. But also i'm not sure i wanted jsut harley themed pics for her.
After her pictures we went to the park with Aunt Diane. It was chilly eating in the shade, but we got outside int he sun and it was perfect out. WE took Bella to the swings and she was laughing, smily and a happy baby. Then after a walk back we headed back home.
it was a great day! After this i'm going to start supper and then we are going back outside to visit daddy in the barn.

IT's a gated community

my crawling baby is now gated. we had to put up the baby gate by the stairs after little miss bug manged to get across the living room in a matter of seconds. She is a mover and a shaker now.
yesterwday was a great day. Bella took two great naps for me. we went running errands and she was a perfect baby. Since her one tooth has popped through and you can see the next one coming i let her get really messy at supper time. She has two teething cookies. I should hav egotten a pic of that one.
Today Bella is haning out with Daddy while he gets the farm ready for inspection.

What a Weekend.....

I didn't relize that I haen't blog in awhile since just now. It seems like we have been busy bees.
Friday, we had Diane here to hang out with Bella. They had a great time. But after Diane left, we have had a cranky fussy overall unhappy baby.
Saturday we had swimming. I'm so bummed, the last class you can bring your camrea and I have to miss it ebcuase of work. UGH! (but i'm trying to talk Josh in to coming just for the heck of it and then use my camera in non flash mode. But Bella had a good time in swimming. She loves to hang out in the water even if it's too cold so she has a blue tint. wouldnt you think they would make sure the water is the warmest when the smallest childeren are in the pool? But after Swimming we got Bella to take a short nap. Then we played while Daddy had to work outside on some stuff. We did Lunch and durning Lunch Bella fell asleep and slept til I woke her up at 1:50 then fell back asleep in the car til about 3.
WE were in the car becuase Katie came to hang out with us and we went to dubuque. I only got a bit lost in town. But it was a good time. I ended up with Bella in the front pack carrier, becuase it was a bunch of small shops and not a stroller type place. We headed home, feed bella and hung out til Daddy got done milking. Saturday night did not end well and I got little sleep.
Today, Bella seemed to want to sleep in. Which for as much as she tossed and turned last night I wanted to sleep in too. But we got up and moving. All three of us today went to a Pancake breakfest to support CF research. Then we bummed around Fennimore before heading to church. BElla was very mommy-clingy in church, but otherwise was a good baby. Then we took antoher drive to get Bella to nap a bit. Naturally after her nap in the car, going down in the crib was a no. She did't want to eat either. So we all piled in to the truck to drive around. We went around the farm which was nice. we haven't done that in while. then it was off to the store to get some more Motrin for Bella. Other than fussy baby, we all had a good sunday afternoon.

a taste of summer

Yesterday was a great day. I didn't get to just hang outside as much as I hoped, but it was a nice relaxing day with a bunch of time out and about including outdoors.

Bella and I started out the morning exersising. Let me tell ya.. working out with the baby is hard work. Then after breakfest when Bella made it well known she wasn't going to nap, We took Daddy to get the tractor. I had plan to then go to Piggly Wiggly to get food, but yes, Bella then decided to fall asleep. So we took the long way and went to Fennimore to deliver Eggs to Kara.

We visited for a while and then it was time to come home for lunch.

We had lunch with daddy.. But bella didn't eat much. I think her tooth is bothering her. You can see white now under the gum ,but still not in yet.

Bella and I then venture back out to Lancaster to get food and to find something i'm lookinng for. well we walked around downtown lancaster and found jammies for bella, but nothing for me. I wish i would have taken my camera becuase Bella wore her sunglasses the whole time we were outside. She thought it was really cool.

ONce we got home, after Bella was an angle in the store, we got changed and went to hang out outside. Great Grandma and Great Grandpa came over and visited for a bit. I got some pics but nothing turned out very good. Our yard is not meant for babies to play on the grass. We ended on coming in for Bella's 4pm bottle and then after 45 mins of uber fussiness I got her to take a nap, on me for an hour and half.

Supper went well, Bella was fussy from being half wake, but we let her sit at the table in her high chiar and she was much better.

I thinks he slept pretty well last night. She got up around 3"15 b3ecuase I went in there since i hadn't heard her. Then she slept with us.

Today I'm off to work again, and BElla gets to hang out with her aunt Diane. So i know she will have a good day. I pray tomorrow is still nice so we can hang outside again.

It's coming

So day hasn't been all that exciting expcet for.......
THE TOOTH IS COMING!!!
I felt it this morning and its definatly there...as to when it will fully break through, we aren't sure. But you can tell she's bothered by it. She only wants mommy. she's extra fussy. Always chewing. and the drool is back so is her red rash cheeks and chin. :(
I pray it comes soon, hopefully tmorrow..and then we can get 9 month pics with one little tooth.

Other than that.. BElla got ot hang outside iwth Daddy and Grandpa too. I got some pictures today at supper..where my kid was putting away the food, but haven't upload them yet. TOmorrow's project :)

2nd Anniversay

MOnday was a blur that ended well and today was a great day.

THe only down side to monday was I didn't see Bella very much. She took a later nap at 9:30ish and I had to leave by 10 to 11 and she slept til 11. Then I got home at 6ish feed Bella her supper and Josh and I were off to Potosi Brewery for our 2nd anniversay/date night.

We had the best food i've had in a long time. I won't say ever just becuase. But I totally sugguest if you are in the area to go. I had the rosemary chicken with cheesy bacon mashed potatoes. JOsh had salmon with the same potatoes. We also spilt an order of Wings and then Josh has Soup and I had salad. we skip dessert becuase we were too full! Before we left Josh got one bottle of each of thier 4 beers they might and I got a jug of Princess Potosa RootBeer.

We got home to a very wide awake baby, who didn't go to sleep til about 9ish. She woke up a few times for her nukers and that was it. So it wasn't too bad. Both Josh and I were tired! but it was a great night.

Today Josh decided to join Bella and I on a trip to Dubuque. Josh wanted to go to visit the Harley store to get a leather jacket. he's been saving up his points on his credit card for this. So now he finally had enough. We ended up spending an hour in the store. he also had to get some other stuff for his bike. We ened up getting Bella a harley bear since she was a very good baby in the store. It was way past her food time, but she barely fussed.

we ended up eatting at Burger King. I love thier food but i only get it on a rare occastion. It's about the only fast food that doesn't make me sick. THen we headed to Target to get baby food and a few other things and ended up spending way too much. I got Bella a "taggies" book. She loves it.
We then stopped to visit the girls at my old job. I do miss them a lot, but I jsut can't drive that far anymore. I miss Bella too much now! But it was a short but nice viist.

THen it was on to the farm. Josh had to head out to the barn becuase we were going to attend our energy Coop's annual meeting but that didn't happen. I got things put away in the house and then took Bella outside to the barn.We got her swing set up. Well the chickens were out. The dogs and teh chickens don't get along. I said i would watch snoopy so he could be free, yeah that backfired. He did good until he saw the chickens and then took off. He stopped when he relized he was in trouble. But Cole, nto so much. He realy wnated a chicken. So we ended up with chickens in the barn and two dogs in a lot of trouble. that kind of put us behind, so we changed our minds on going out.

Oh Bella loved her swing. I'm gald i decided to get her one. I think she's at the perfect age right now too. I have a few pictures. But i'll post those tomorrow in another post. My husband just got me some cake, so i'm off. Bella is asleep with little fuss.

Happy Easter Part two

Happy Easter on Easter!

Today we had Great Grandma and Grandpa over along with Aunt Diane and Uncle Duane. IT was a nice small meal, with really yummy food! Bella really enjoy the Hashbrown casserole made Aunt Diane's way. I really enjoy the bacon part of it..lol Also we had a very fresh from the oven cake for dessert. I think Grandpa really like it too.

After we ate we went to see the kittens and the chickens. It was a bit windy out. But so nice to be outside. This time I got to enjoy the outdoors while Josh put Bella down for a nap. Normally it's the other way around. After the outdoors and Cole and Snoopy fighting we all came back inside to talk til Josh has to go do chores.

Of course after everyone left Bella got fussy. I think her gums are hurting her. So after getting something for the pain, and a cuddling wiht mommy. Bella is down for a nap.

After the busy last few days, I hope tonight we can all relax. Josh is a bit later for chores since Jeremy and kayla are still up in sheboygan, but hopefully Bella will go down to sleep at 8 without a fight and then Josh and I can watch a movie or something relaxing. I love holidays and love to be with family for them, but I'm still getting use to having such a large extended family!
