Lancaster

Wisconsin that is..lol We spend part of the morning up there since it was so nice, warm and sunny.

Before we got up there, Max decided my house was too clean, so he would fix that for me.

Oct 4th Lay Low Thursday

So Thursday we didn’t know what to expect. We weren’t sure how Josh would feel so we kind of laid low. Josh borrowed a trailer from a friend to haul his bike and the lawn mower to the Lancaster house, so we would have more room under the car port for wood. The goal is to have it pretty much filled with wood. So we got the trailer loaded and taken up to Lancaster just before Bella got done with school. I walked up to school to get her and then we walked back to the house.  that afternoon I worked on cleaning the kids room. We helped Josh get  the cows in because he wasn’t sure if he had extra help or not, and we didn’t want another late night.

July 9th–July 12th

So it got hot! This meant we spend a lot of time in doors. We did go out in the mornings for Bella’s swimming Lessons, which was a nice treat since it was in the upper 80’s by 10am! We went to playgroup on Tuesday and the library on Wednesday early.

Bella was so good at playing with her toys.. Daddy tried to get max to sleep, but Max had other ideas.

July 5th-6th

After our crazy Busy fourth, we decided to make the 5th just as busy. We started out with Bella’s swimming lessons, which she did great in. I ended up just taking her myself, so it was a little mommy and Bella time. Since Thursday was the last class for the week and Bella went under the water every day, sometimes more than once, she earned a ice cream cone. So while Josh and Max napped we stopped off at McDonald’s for for ice cream and smoothie for me.

Once we got home we got to work attempting to make our house look normal before my Sister and her family arrived. We didn’t get very far before they arrived. I’m so happy they came. They came ready to work and helped me to get my house back in order.  Andy got rid of the weeds which was probably one of the biggest things I wanted to get done but couldn’t. Tracey got my stove top white again and even managed to remove the nailpolish from my sink that has been there for two years. Bella has so much fun playing with her cousins, and JOsh did with his nephew that I didn’t seem much of either them the whole day.

Then we had surprise guest of my friend Katie and her little boy. He’s a couple months younger than Max and it was so nice to see them. It’s not often we get to visit. My wonderful Sister let me visit too while she cleaned too.
 
Then by late afternoon everyone was gone and I was tired..so were the kiddos . They both slept through the night.. of course that meant I did too. A welcome treat!

Friday was a hot day. To be honset I’m not sure what we did, but I’m pretty sure it was staying cool in the house. Bella didn’t have swimming, so we had no reason to leave. We did have to pack to leave for the weekend, so there was that to be done. But I did take some pictures
