Yep, I’ve already fallen behind. Go figure. I set too many goals and tried to start doing them all at once. Daily blogging, decluttering, working out and eating healthy.. ..but someone forgot to factor life in there. Yep The flu that Josh got kicked all of us down as it was hard to keep up with a sick husband, then Bella went back to school and that took time out of being home.
Max got sick next, only we don’t know the cause, so that limited us doing much. Max has a fever and is cranky. Cranky means HOld me all day mommy even if I scream. Then Bella wants my attention because she was gone all morning. Josh had to have treatment and left by himself for 3.5 hours. I want 3.5 hours away from this madness…yes this is me complaining… my blog and not so happy stuff does happen so if you don’t want to listen to me complain then don’t read.
So yes I took on too much for the first month of the year. So I’m scaling back. Here’s a catch up post for this past weekend. I hope to be able to post more regular as time goes on. So far I’ve only managed to get Max’s room about 85% decluttered and that’s the only room I’ve done. I think that means I have like 90% of the house to go. Put I keep pushing away little by little. I’m thankful that I have an empty house that I can take it all too, so it’s out of my house. praying this weekend I can take a whole bunch up there and have more room in my house. But it seem in order to clean you have to make everything messy.doesn’t that seem counter productive?
Anyhow Highlights of the last week. Father Greg came by for a visit. Bella was very excited to have someone play with her pretty much the whole time he was here. They played playdough, with the hangman game he got her and then with snow outside. I’m so glad she is opening up to people she doesn’t seem often.
Friday(today) we had one of our giant pine trees cut down. We are getting a new well and they are going to put it closer to the house, so that means we had to make room for it. The tree was half dead already and I always worried it would go down in a big storm. So down it went. I’m kind of excited for this spring when I will be able to plant more things next to the car
HOw cute is this outfit…Josh put Max’s camo boots on, but they are too big and didn’t last long. I love hand me downs.
