a long update

So Yeah we've been busy bee's the last few days..or week .lol
Thursday started Fair weekend for us. Now we don't actually take part in the fair but we go to see and give our support. Well due to everything seems to start early at the fair, Josh had to start milking early, supper had to be done and be taken on the go. So yeah we stayed busy. Also Thursday was my sister's birthday.  So Belated Happy birthday Tracey!

So Thursday night of fair is Catch a Pig and Mutton Busting.  Catch A pig is for the adults, teams of three try to get a Pig into the barrel butt first, only catch is you are in a giant pool of mud! The Mutton Busting was for kids under 50lbs. They had to ride the sheep bareback across the track. IT was too cute. Josh figures we will probably see if Bella wants to do it when she's a bit older.  We only stayed for 1/2 of hte catch a pig which was 15 teams and the mutton busting because it was freezing!

Friday it rained off and on. Josh was able to hang out with us almost all day because of the rain. It let up in the afternoon so we took Bella to walk around the fair and see the animals.
But while we there it started to rain again. Luckily we found some friends and ended up talking to them under one of the tents. It was nice to catch up with Steve and Rebecca. They are due to have a little one of thier own in November.
We found out before we left that they had canceled that nights tractor pulls. So Bella wasn't able to see her first tractor pulls this year. But before we left we got deep fried cheese curds...oh so yummy, yet so not good for me.
Saturday started way to early. Bella and I had to get to Watertown for Rachel's bridal shower. We made it to town by 10:45 even though Bella was a very fussy baby for the 2 hour ride. We first stopped at my mom's to get the rest of the shower stuff. Then we went to a friend of my mom's who had a ton of baby/children's clothes that she told me i could go through and pick whatever i wanted for Bella. Well I manged to get a bunch of fall and summer clothes for next year. Before i washed them all to pack the summer stuff away i had to take all the tags off and it was over $80 worth of clothes!
after that we headed over to St. B's Gym where we were holding the shower. Well we had some issues getting the lights on and then i thought i lost a whole bag of stuff. But It seem to go over pretty well. Here's some pictures from it:

after the shower was over, gym was cleaned up, and took Bella to my mom's. I headed back home to have a date night with my husband. We went to the Tractor, Truck and Semi Pulls. It was busy since Friday night's had been canceled.  Josh and I ended up staying out til 11:30, which for us is pretty late.

Sunday was another early morning, as JOsh and I went to 8am church and then drove to meet up with my mom to get Bella back. Bella then started another day of no real naps. The baby refused to nap for more than 30 mins all day. we went to the Demo Derby after lunch and only got to stay for a bit. Bella did nap for about 25 mins on me, which is something she hasn't done in ages. But i didn't relize how loud hte derby was, so Bella didn't like the loudness so we left after an hour.

that afternoon we tried hard to get her nap including going out to visit daddy while milking, but she only slept for a tiny bit. But we got food in her, gave her some medicine as we thought it might be her teeth bothering her and headed back up to the Fair for one last event. It was the night of destruction. which would have been enjoyable if we were right in front of hte fence and stuff wasn't flying through it. :( But we ened up staying for almost 2 hours before it was time for Bella to come home and go to bed.
.
Today has been a crazy day and i'll try to update more on that tomorrow

New things

So Bella has really be advancing in the last few days or maybe i've jsut noticed it since we really haven't done anything this week. She "talks" up a storm but now she can say hat, hi, kitty(itty), all done along with Mama, Dada., Sometimes it sounds like she says mommy. She's also big into pointing and trying to get things not within her reach.
She's not really walking, but at least she's back to taking steps.
She's big into expressing her anger when you tell her no. Along wtih that comes temper tantrums, so we are working on discipline
She likes to put everything on her head as a hat, but hats.
She loves to play with the baby in the mirror and now will go behind the mirror to find the baby.
Teeth number 7 and 8 are on their way.. thankfully.
She can put thing into a basket or box and is working on getting better with our shape sorter.
She will sing along to songs.
She can remember people who she's not see for while and is going to people other than me and josh a lot better.
I'm sure there is more..but this is just a highlight of things i want to remember for Bella

another fun filled weekend

Another busy weekend at the warpinski household. My mom came down on Friday and we ened up going to fennimore to look for stuff. Got a bunch of random things, had lunch at Hardee's before coming home. It was so hot, i felt so bad for Bella and the A/C not reaching her enough. once back at home, we packed up her car to head to watertown.
We stopped at Shopko and Pick N Save before going to mom's for a yummy supper of Sweet Corn. Bella had her first taste of it and loved it! THen I went to drop of some stuff at the Mock's and got to see the great job they are doing to remodel. Then went to Joann's to look for pattens for a dress for Bella. Ended up with three of them and no clue which to do yet.
that night Bella did not want to sleep and then she only slept for an hour before waking up screaming like she was frightened. So Bella slept with me only she's the only one who got sleep.
Saturday morning, Dar came over to watch Bella til my sister could get to Mom's, while i went with Katie and Nikki to register for Nikki's baby. It was fun to pick out things for a little baby and realize all the stuff i don't have to deal with anymore :) Then we headed to the mall for lunch just as my sister was getting to the mall with Bella. So we all ate and then Tracey, Bella nad I went to exchange some thigns and Katie and Nikki went to shop.
The three of us got home to the farm around 4:30pm and I attempted to unpack and put things away. Tracey started Supper for her and Bella while Josh and I got ready to go. The two of us headed to Potosi to go to the Brewery. We had to wait for a table, but the food was good as was the root beer. I wish we could have eaten outside as the beer garden was so nice and there was a breeze. after we ate we headed to Lancaster to A&W for ice cream. That was yummy.
Sunday was a rainy day. But we went to church in Fennimore, after my sister left. We were gald we went as they had a video from Greg. Bella was so confused as to why she couldn't go to Greg. After church we went to the Cobb Corn roast. The corn was good, but it was rainy so we didn't get to do much than eat. we also stopped in Monfort at the popcorn store. we came home and just chilled til Josh has to milk.
I didn't take many pictures...and haven't uploaded them yet.
Today is a rainy day but i manged to clean up three rooms in the house!

Bella stuff: Playing with the baby in the mirror and then looking behind the mirror for the baby
learning to knock over tower of blocks
First time with sweet corn

A day at the partk

Last night, Bella and I got together with our new friends, L, B and V. The kids had a great time at the kiddie pool. I should have gotten some pictures of the kids, but Bella couldn't stay in the pool with out someone holding on to her, because it was up to her knees! We hppe to do it again next week!

So today Josh Bella and I went to hang out at the park. No one was there, there was some sun but the kiddie area was all in shade. Bella had a blast! Josh and I had a good time too!
Here are some pictures

Weekend fun

So Saturday, after the land's end sale where I got a new swimming suit for me and two shorts for bella for next summer, we headed back to my place. Oh it was so humid but the kids did play outside on and off. Bella took a good nap for us. I made my baked Mac N Cheese with Chicken, but the picky ones had PB&J. but apparently it was a good one, because they really loved it. We need to eat in shifts so that way the kids would be ready to go by the time josh was.
We headed off to church at Castle Rock. When we got there, and we got there 10 mins early, we saw Joe and Kelly. Church was HOT but it was quick.
We came home and let the kids see the calves before ice cream and Popsicles outside. Then they went to finish thier movie and it was bed time.
Sunday, Josh made pancakes for breakfast and the kids just loved them. They got to play with Bella for a bit before she went down for a nap and they played downstairs. Andy and Tracey arrived at our place early. They needed to leave early to pick up Sara's at a friends. After they left and Josh finished up chores, we headed to Platteville. We need to get lattice for the carport. Naturally we decided to do it as bad weather is moving into the area. But we figured that we had at least an hour before it hit platteville, so we at lunch at Culver's and then went to menards, where no one was realy working, just watching the storm. Luckily for us the worst of the storm was south of us, so we only got the tip end. and most of it hit while we were waiting for the Menard's people to load us up. We got home and about 20 mins later the next big storm hit. Poor josh has to try to get Hershey to cover in the worst of the downpour.
Josh then dried off and hung out in the house with us until the worst was pasted us. While he milked i started supper. I made twice baked potatoes and brownies. Josh made Fish when he got done with milking and chicken on the grill for me.
We had Greg come over for supper. It was great to see him. Bella was in love with him. she was playing Peek a Boo, sharing her cookies with him, sitting and standing on his lap. It was a great time for her. After she went ot bed, Josh and Greg got to play Deer Hunter together. They had fun. Greg even bet Josh in one round. It was sad to see Greg go ebcuase we probably won't see him again now until June of 2010. :(

rainy day fun

So yesterday it was rainy probably the whole day. Which mean Bella took a great nap because she thought it was late. After her nap, the three of us loaded up in the car and headed to make a bunch of stops in town and Platteville. We stopped at Gassers, NAPA, the bank x2 before heading to Platteville. We decided to eat at Pizza hut again. Their lunch buffet is yummy and we have had the same kick butt waitress twice. Bella of course is too busy with people to really eat a good meal, but she did drink all her milk so that was good. We ended up being STUFFED by the time we left. So that made going to Aldi's and Walmart really easy. Who wants to buy food when you are stuffed? Bella did go at Aldi's but was tired by the time we got to walmart. She believes that whatever you put in the cart should be her's first. But this is the first time going to walmart that we didn't have to buy anything in the baby dept. Last week i bought my last can of formula and it should be all used up by next Monday.
On the way home we got a call saying our Pony was walking along the road. So naturally we had to go get her. She ended up being down by our bottom, our neighbor's tied her up for us. But Josh had to walk her back home through the soggy fields.
Bella went down for her afternoon nap and then out to the barn with Daddy. We had a really late supper. But Bella didn't mind much. She jsut protested bedtime til 9pm when she finally feel asleep.
today Bella and I meet up with my sister and family in dodgeville. I got Elly and Drew and brough them home with me. So they are hanging out with us til tomorrow morning. HOpefully tomorrow we can go to Menard's to get lattiace for the Car port so Bella can play out there with out falling over the edge :)

normal days

So the last couple days have just been normal days. Nothing really planned, Nothing really going on, just a fly by the seat of your pants type of day. Yesterday Bella manged to get her two naps of th day in. She also hung out with daddy in the barn durning milking. Daddy was off balin' hay for a customer and then our straw. Bella and i went up to the Lancaster house. We had an isurance guy come to look at the damage from all the hail we had a couple weeks back. that went really well. at night we took a truck ride, cole got to come too, to go get the wagon of straw. It was just a normal day, something we haven't had in forever!

14 more to go

So yesterday the top middle tooth pop threw. We now have on top : 2 eye teeth and one middle one, on Bottom: one eye tooth and two middle ones. I'm pretty sure there is another eye tooth on the bottom and a top molar working there way in too.

Monday was Bella's 12 month check up! that went pretty good. Bella seems to be devleoping right on target. She's 31 inches tall(i through she would be taller) and 21.6lbs. 93% percential and 55% precentail respecivally. Bella got 3 shots and we gave her the MMR which hurts the worst last, so they weren't as bad. Gave her some pain meds before we left, also I put her in a skirt so she was all dressed and ready to go after the shots, instead of having to try to dress her. we had to run a few more errands afterwards but she was a great baby!
That afternoon Daddy but together Bella's new Cozy Coupe. Bella checked out the box while daddy worked on it.

After Daddy got it done, bella was in lvoe with it. She tried "driving" it with one foot out the door just like Josh does when he drive the truck down from the barn to the house. I wish i would have gotten a picture of that.

After a nap and helping daddy out in the barn for the montly test bottles, all three of us loaded up for a picnic lunch up at the rented grounds. Josh wanted to start combinding the winter wheat. There was a game at the park so Bella and i just hung out with Josh.

Bella stuffing her face with her Jelly Sandwich and rockin in her Rainbow babylegs!

Standing in the combine with MommyRiding with daddy

Tuesday was a quiet day. Daddy spend most of it combinding, so it was just Bella and me at home. After our busy week and weekend, i jsut decided to chill and let Bella around wtih her new and old toys. We visited Hershey and took her for a walk. We played with our toys, watched Elmo, played outside. It was a nice day. Of course that means a lot of clean up, but it was worth having a lazy day!

Today, the roast came to roast all the wheat josh combined. Then Grandpa and Grandma showed up. Bella took a really nice nap and enjoyed playing outside after lunch. She tried to walk but doesn't want to on grass. We helped daddy get the cows in before running to town to get new books for mommy. and now bella is down for her afternoon nap.
